Guests have access to both homes and the entire property. The Front (Gray) House is fully fenced, making it perfect for pets to run around. The Back (White) House is partially fenced, but has a large grass yard, perfect for family games and/or entertainment!

The Front (Gray) House: The main floor features a cozy bedroom and a full bathroom for easy access. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed for ultimate comfort. There is a TV in every room for your enjoyment. The outdoor space is fully fenced, providing a safe area for play, relaxation, and even your pets use. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio, making the most of this delightful and functional outdoor area. The EV charging outlet is on the north side of the home, next to the marked parking stalls. The Back (White) House: The house contains a beautiful relaxing master suite with its own bathroom and king bed for ultimate comfort. The room also includes a work station for your convenience. Just across the hall, the second bedroom displays a darker, rustic vibe with a comfortable queen bed. The second bathroom is across from the washer and dryer. There is a TV in every room for your enjoyment. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio, or unwind in the vast green yard! There is also a garage on the main level that includes a parking stall for one (1) vehicle, a gym, and an EV charging outlet.

If more parking stalls are desired, guests may park along Oak Grove Blvd (2 min walk). ⪼PETS⪻ We know your furry friends are family too, so we welcome up to 4 pets (**2 PETS PER HOUSE). Make sure to add your pet(s) to your reservation and the pet fee will be automatically included (pet fee is $75 per pet per stay). The Front (Gray) House has a fully fenced yard for your furry friends to run around. However, the Back (White) House has only a partially fenced so please have your pets on a leash at all times, when outside. Feel free to use the provided doggy waste bags, leash, and doggy towels, in the plastic container just outside either front door, for your convenience. ⪼EV CHARGING⪻ We do have a 50amp (240V) outlet on the north side of the Front (Gray) House and another 50amp outlet inside of the garage of the Back (White) House, available for Level 2 charging. **Guest will need to bring their own charger. ⪼EXTRA GUESTS⪻ The property sleeps 14 comfortably.
